Holiday Dinner Party

To end the year with a bang, we celebrated with a private invite only dinner with menu created by Chef Brittney ‘Stikxz’ Williams & Chef Corwin Hemming, co-hosted by Karston ‘Skinny’ Tannis, and powered by Appleton Estate Rum. The chefs presented a 5 course menu meticulously crafted to exceed the expectation of Caribbean cuisine. Signature cocktails created with Appleton Estate Rum paired beautifully with the elevated fine dining menu. Portraits of guests were also captured throughout the night by Karston ‘Skinny’ Tannis to encapsulate the moment.
